Before writing us an e-mail message, please read this page attentively!

Our intentions is not to dissuade you from contacting us, quite the opposite: it would make us pleased to receive acknowledgments, suggestions, requests or anything else from the readers!
It's just that we would like to help you understand how it all works.

All the e-mail addresses show on the site ([email protected]) are "aliases" that end up at a single actual mailbox, to which the webmaster and the principal collaborators who are connected to the Internet have access. For this reason it is useless to send the same message to more addresses: if you intend to address more persons simultaneously, indicate it in the body of the message ("To the attention of Tom and Dick...").

It is not possible to send attachments. Or rather, if you send one, it will not reach us, since our server is set up not to transmit it to us. The same thing goes for messages in HTML format: only the part in "plain text" will reach us.
In general, the "plain text" format is more than sufficient to communicate. If, however, you desire to send a file attachment, contact us in advance at the address : we will show you another address for which this is possible.

We ask you strongly NOT to subscribe any of our addresses to mailing or distribution lists. In case you believe you will send us information with regularity, please ask us first for consent

For every message sent to the addresses [email protected] (or [email protected]) you will receive an automatic answer that serves as a confirmation of receipt. Generally, we are planning to respond to all messages containing specific requests, unless the answer is not already contained in the automatic response, or it cannot already be extracted from the EstOvest site.
Keep in mind, however, that not all the EstOvest collaborators are equipped with Internet access, therefore collecting their answers could require more time than usual. Furthermore, the authors without a personal address listed on the site (that is, if it is indicated by reference to [email protected]), are to be considered as not contactable through us.

We remind you that in order to allow the users to maintain contact with the on-line journal EstOvest, we have created two mailing lists:

• one to announce news, cultural initiatives and notices of articles on the site: see Indice.
• others for Discussions on themes that characterize EstOvest: see the relevant informational page.

Whoever desires to submit his own material for publication on the site, is invited to follow the address contained on the relevant Collaborators page.

Whoever desires to support the activities of the site, can also do it with a minimum contribution, following the addresses contained on the page Support.
